Lou was great to work with. I was interested in purchasing a flip so he helped me figure out my acquisition price in order to walk away profitable. When it came time to sell, Lou identified the best way to market and price my property so that it sold quickly. I ended up accepting an offer within days for significantly over asking price! As a now first time homeowner, I am very glad I had Joe and Kelly as my realtors. Both were extremely thorough from start to finish. I had a lot (A LOT) of questions and they were all answered promptly and clearly. Kelly was a wealth of information and knows Worcester county in and out. Closing was timely and went smooth. The home inspector they recommended was also super great. So so happy with my new home and I appreciate all their hard work and professionalism.
